We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from M-Tech Systems IT Services. Please read our refund policy carefully before buying any digital product.
Digital Products
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly via download link, all sales are generally final once the download link has been issued. We are unable to offer refunds simply due to change of mind.
Eligible Refund Cases
We will provide a full refund or replacement if:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
- The download link fails to work and cannot be resent within a reasonable time
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@mtechsystems.co.in within 7 days of purchase with your order reference number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
